NOTE: POB is based upon version 2.10.0 – there’s an issue with Fireball which causes the damage to be overrepresented in POB. To compensate for this I have added “47% less damage with ignite” as a custom mod. Remove this if Fireball is updated by the time you see this POB.
NOTE ALSO: Flamesurge is not implemented in POB 2.10.0 and at the time of creating this build we do not know its mechanics. If my assumptions are right, boss DPS is around 2.5 million with the Searing Touch setup and level 18 gems. If they are wrong, it’s less (and I can only guarantee 325k). Won’t know until leaguestart 🙁
