The POB is the character I had after about 14 hours of play at a relaxed pace and on a fresh start in 3.16, with a couple of corrections made afterwards (e.g. after I realised Leadership was better than Cruel Preparation and Annihilation). Where the POB conflicts with the PDF, go with the PDF.
Revision 01 notes: Voidwalker errors corrected (this is NOT corrected in the video – do not use Voidwalker, it doesn’t work)
